This volunteer position is assigned to a Collegiate Chapter Region and collaborates with advisors, other RSTs and Regional Consultants based on project assignments.Ī great RST has knowledge of collegiate operations (or willing to put time into training and education), has strong communication and writing skills, and is able to evaluate and problem solve complex issues. RSTs are responsible for implementation of individualized chapter action plans to support long-term chapter needs.
